需要很多多的经历，因为任何经历的实践经验都是有意义的，丰富的经历和知识面产生更好的平衡技能。

It takes a lot of experience, because any experience of practice is meaningful, and more experience and knowledge leads to better balance skills.

1.自我意识

企业领导者最重要的特征之一是自我意识，以及了解自己的优势和劣势的能力。 

很多时候，我遇到的人和有抱负的方案，他们犯了一个错误，就是不遗余力地维护自己的弱点——而不是公开解决问题，以便找到有效的解决方案。或者更确切地说，他们根本不知道自己的弱点是什么，而完全只是突出自己的优势。

随着时间的推移，这会影响到他们的发展。

1. Self-awareness

One of the most important characteristics of a business leader is self-awareness and the ability to understand one's strengths and weaknesses.

Too often, I meet people and aspiring solutions who make the mistake of going to great lengths to defend their weaknesses -- rather than addressing the problem openly in order to find an effective solution. Or rather, they don't know what their weaknesses are at all, and simply highlight their strengths.

Over time, this affects their development.

2. 果断

必须学习如何快速作为领导者应该出的正确决定。

在不确定或者需要做出选择的时候，总能果敢的做出决定，或者及时的分析和研究迅速做出决定，而没有拖延的习惯。

2. The decisive

Must learn how to make the right decisions as a leader quickly.

When I am uncertain or need to make a choice, I can always make a decision boldly, or make a decision quickly through timely analysis and research, without the habit of procrastinating.

3.公平

在特性情况下，平等对待任何管理者的责任。

用公平的方式处理企业内部的问题和分歧。不包庇，不藏私。

In the case of characteristics, the responsibilities of any manager are treated equally.

Deal with problems and disagreements within the organization in a fair manner. Don't cover up, don't hide.

4.热情

对下属的热情，对事业的热情，对朋友的热情。热情是积极的，是正能量的，是主动的。

4. Passion

Enthusiasm for subordinates, enthusiasm for the cause, enthusiasm for friends. Enthusiasm is positive, it's positive, it's active.

5. 诚信

赢得团队的尊重不完全靠的是能力，而是言而有信。不轻易承诺，承诺了就要做到。而不是靠权利和头衔来维系自己的自己的“地位”

5. The good faith

Winning the respect of a team is not all about ability, but about delivering what you say. Don't promise easily, promise will do. Rather than relying on power and titles to maintain their own "status."

6.知识

包括专业知识和社会知识，通过不断的学习来充实自己。学在前提，习是过程，用是结果。

8. 健康的心态和风格

领导者都知道，在世界上比任何事情都更重要是可持续解决问题的最终的能力——即使出现问题。

成为领导者的接受者就是接受模棱两可的部分的事情。你不会有所有的答案。你不会总是“以后再说”、“先缓一缓”、“再看看”。这样你可能失去信心。你必须始终相信自己，相信自己有能力把事情做到底。

8. Have a healthy attitude and style

Leaders know that more than anything else in the world is the ultimate ability to sustainably solve problems -- even when problems arise.

To be on the receiving end of a leader is to accept ambiguity. You won't have all the answers. You're not always "later," "hold off," "see about it." You may lose heart. You must always believe in yourself and your ability to see things through.
