从前，一个小池塘里有一只青蛙。由于天气炎热，池塘里的水慢慢开始干涸。 

Once upon a time, there was a frog in a small pond. Due to the hot weather, the water in the pond slowly started to dry up.

两只鹅来到池塘附近，青蛙让两只鹅带他到附近水多的池塘去。 

One day, two geese came near the pond, and the frog asked the two geese to take him to a nearby pond with plenty of water.

一只鹅说：“我们知道有一个水量充足的池塘。但是，我们如何带你去那里”。

A goose said: "We know there is a pond with plenty of water. But how do we get you there". 

青蛙告诉他们：“别担心，我有一个主意。你们俩嘴里叼着一根棍子，我用嘴叼着。然后你们俩都可以飞到那个池塘”。 

The frog told them: "Don't worry, I have an idea. You both have a stick in your mouth and I hold it in my mouth. Then you can both fly to that pond".

两只鹅都认为主意不错，天气炎热、干旱，都不容易，我们就这样合作吧！于是它们就离开了。 

Both geese think the idea is good, the weather is hot and dry, it is not easy, let's cooperate like this! So they left.

当它们飞翔时，这对地面上的其他动物来说是一道奇观。他们仰望并钦佩他们富有创造力的团队合作。 

When they fly, it is a spectacle to other animals on the ground. They look up to and admire their creative teamwork.

一些动物喊道：“这是个好主意，你们中的哪一个这么聪明，带来了旅行的想法”。
Some animals shouted: "That's a good idea, which one of you is so clever that you brought the idea of traveling".
听到这话，两只大雁沉默了下来，心想这是团队合作，专注于飞翔。但是青蛙张嘴说：“是我出的主意”，然后就掉在地上死了。

Hearing this, the two wild geese fell silent, thinking that this was teamwork and focused on flying. But the frog opened his mouth and said, "It was my idea," and then fell to the ground dead.

Moral implications of the story:

在管理界，从来没有“我”。即使你的贡献是团队成功的首要因素，你也不应该在团队中公开表态。团队的每一项贡献都是重要的，无论大小。 

In management, there is never an "I." Even if your contribution is the number one factor in the team's success, you shouldn't be open about it on the team. Every contribution of the team counts, no matter how big or small

要在团队中取得任何成功，始终需要集体努力。

To achieve any kind of success in a team always requires a collective effort.
