企业管理：企业高管需要明白的几个道理

1、永远清楚自己的身份，你只是一个打工者。不是Boss。

1. Always know your identity. You're just a worker. Not boss.

2、怀着感恩的心做事。是企业为你提供了展示能力和学习更多知识本领的平台。在下属面前无论你有多风光，离开这个平台也许你什么都不是。

2. Work with gratitude. It is the enterprise that provides you with a platform to show your ability and learn more knowledge and skills. In front of subordinates, no matter how beautiful you are, you may be nothing without this platform.

3、重要的事情决策权永远留给Boss。你的工作是把把本职工作做好。遇到大的问题（超出的你的职责范围或从未遇到过的新问题），把事情调查掌握描述清楚，可以阐明你的解决和处理意见，但是尽量把决策拍板的“动作”留给Boss。

3. The decision-making power of important things is always left to the boss. Your job is to do your job well. In case of major problems (beyond your scope of responsibility or new problems you have never encountered), investigate and describe things clearly, which can clarify your solutions and handling opinions, but try to leave the "action" of decision-making to the boss.

4、熟悉并会使用信息化管理工具。用数字说话。如果公司用到ERP系统，那么多和ERP实施服务工程师多接触和学习交流,要尊重工程师，谦虚、学习的心态。

4. Familiar with and able to use information management tools. Put numbers on it. If the company uses ERP system, contact and learn more from ERP implementation service engineers. Respect engineers, be modest and learn from them.

5、高管其实就是管人。那么管人其实就是管人性。需要懂得一些人性方面的知识甚至哲理。任何ERP软件或系统都只是一个管理工具。

5、Executives are people managers. So managing people is actually managing human nature. Some knowledge of human nature and even philosophy. Any ERP software or system is just an administrative tool.

6、熟悉相关法律法规，熟悉行业趋势。为企业的长远发展规避风险。提前为可能遇到的挑战做足功课。

7、不要随意跳槽。为人处世要有始有终。任何一个随意跳槽的高管都是别人不敢重用的人。

8、树立好的名声，为职业生涯打好基础。不要留下污点。比如贪污，被开除等等。

9、回避Boss的隐私。对于Boss的隐私要尽量回避，不要去打听，更不要去传播。

10、保护公司信息。不要随意和同行打得火热。无论你是否泄露公司的秘密。和同行打得火热这个行为已经出卖了你的职业操守。

Protect company information. Don't get cozy with your peers. Whether or not you divulge company secrets. The act of hooking up with your peers betrays your work ethic.

11、不要在公司内部讨论同事的职务变化或去留问题，这是最高决策层的事或者说是Boss的事；不要在公司拉帮结派搞小圈子；不要在同事间搬弄是非。

11, do not discuss colleagues' job changes or stay in the company, this is the matter of the highest decision-making or Boss; Don't create cliques in the company; Don't gossip among your colleagues.
